Somatic Therapy and Mindfulness
As a Registered Yoga Teacher and a therapist, I use a unique approach to help individuals feel empowered in and connected to their bodies. Emerging research on trauma states that traumatic memories and experiences get stored in our bodies in ways our minds may not be connected to.
