As a new mom myself, I found it nearly impossible to distinguish good information from bad information online about baby sleep. I was exhausted. So much of the baby sleep info online is outdated, unhelpful, and frankly, incorrect. There is contradictory advice about how to get more sleep and much of it involves letting baby cry it out or doing other things that don’t feel right to you (or me!) as a parent. AND you really need sleep (we all do)!
Sleep support / consultation can help. I am a licensed clinical social worker and baby led sleep and wellbeing specialist. I have years of training in attachment and will work hard to help you tap into your intuitive parent sensibilities while also giving you new tools to get more rest.
